Spectral imaging is a technology that integrates conventional imaging and spectroscopy to get both spatial and spectral information from an object. Although this technology was originally developed for remote sensing, it has been extended to the biomedical engineering field as a powerful analytical tool for biological and biomedical research. Meanwhile, the technology of polarization measurements has practical applications in remote sensing monitor, target recognition, and biomedical field.Therefore it is necessity and urgency to research the technology which using Space Spectroscopy to obtain information on all types of polarization.The target scene polarization information of Two-dimensional intensity fringe pattern was investigated and analyzed in utilizing the structure of Dispersion Compensated Polarization Sagnac(DCPSI) in White-lingt on FPA. These parameter which include total light intensity, linear polarization component and circularly polarized component are dimensional modulation function of Stokes vectors in any of the three. Response to this fringe pattern, we demonstrate one demodulation method: Using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to execute the frequency spatial filtering on the two-dimensional intensity fringe pattern of DCPSI in Fourier domain and obtain the Stokes vector associated space domain representation.And Optimize the structure of White-light Sangac Polarimeter and Reconstruction light efficiency.Experimental results show that the use of Sangac interferometer polarization structure can obtain relevant information under white scene without Moving optical components scanning.
