Data processing of entomological radar, whose emergence is of epoch-making significance,can not only accelerate to small targets’research, such as insects, birds, etc. but also has a positive role in crop pest disasters and aviation bird strike, what’s more,further research has certain benefits the difficulty of tracking of small target detection in current academic circles.This article mainly uses the VC++6.0 to receive the entomological radar, display terminal in real time, and save the received data. Then some preprocessing is done to the saved data, basically including removing the clutter and using deconvolution to improve azimuth resolution, after which display the PPI. Finally simulate the three-dimensional radar point targets and use the track correlation algorithm to track them.For achieving the goal of real time, efficient preventing loss of packets and non-blocking etc. this article uses a new method for radar data reception-WinPcap, Which can receive different card data at the same time, and lay a foundation to use one computer to process a number of instruments at the same time for later. Also, DX and color key technology are put forward for PPI and map image. WinPcap, DX combined with multithreading technology together to achieve the entomological radar’ real time display terminal with high timeliness, and correctness.In order to solve the problem of low radar azimuth resolution caused by the influence of horizontal beam width and convolution, a new deconvolution method is proposed, look the target bearing distribution data, antenna pattern data and radar receiving data as one dimensional matrix, the expanded antenna pattern data into a square matrix under certain rules, like that, target bearing distribution is equal to the multiplication of radar receiving data and inverse matrix of antenna pattern data,Through theory and data validation, the method is proved correct and effective and is easier and less error-prone than relatively traditional FFT and IFFT. In addition, a new method of clutter cancellation is put forward, process radar data in each radial with low-pass filtering twice, then one filter result subtract another and output the final result, so that can remove the clutter whose frequency changes fleetly and slowly and keep moderate degree of target. Program implementation is with the help of exponential moving average algorithm, by adjusting the coefficient of algorithm, experiments show that the method is effective.In the end of article, simulate three dimensional radar targets in space, and make use of the track correlation algorithm to track them. The track correlation algorithm Mainly includes the choice of wave gate, track initialization, track data association, track filtering part. The article introduces the separate part of the algorithm and simulates them. Finally, the simulation result is presented and from the end of tracking trajectory, track correlation algorithm has well done and can be used for tracking insects with regular movement.
