Fourth generation mobile communication technology (4G) rapid development has brought dramatical changes to people’s lives,4G has been commercial using officially in a wide range of our country after ten years of continuous evolution and development.Due to the tension of spectrum resources,the frequency reuse factor of the rmobile communication system has reached the limit,inter-cell interference problem has always existed.Therefore,network optimization for communication practitioners is a long and arduous task.All of the inter-cell suppression programs have some disadvantages at this stage,thus,improving these disadvantages has important significance for the development of 4G mobile communication.This paper analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the user division criterias based on the distance and the SINR value,they all belong to traditional SFR scheme,proposed a comprehensive program after integrating the advantages. Simulating improvement program by building a comprehensive system simulation platform,the simulation shows that the scheme has a greater effect on the improvement of user access ratio,system capacity,signal to noise ratio and other indicators,proved scientific validity and rationality of the improvement program.The main contents of this paper including:(1)Describing the development of cellular communication theory.There has been the fourth generation of cellular communication system through continuous improvement and development of technology,the communication quality is improved continually,the business types are enriched continually.It is elaborated technical features of 4G LTE standard in the communication system and involved OFDM technology and MIMO technology,analyzing the research stage and suppression issues of the inter cell interference inhibition scheme of the LTE systems.(2)Describing the research stage of the inter cell interference inhibition scheme,describing the research stage of the inter cell interference coordination scheme,analysis and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the user access ratio,system capacity and signal to noise ratio and other indicators of SFR scheme and FFR scheme,studing and improve the program by building the system level simulation platform.(3)Proposing a comprehensive improvement program after analysing the user partition schemes based on the distance and SINR value,the all belong to traditional SFR scheme,simulating and testing the program,it is proved that the program can use the spectrum resources abundantly and reduce interference while improving system performance.
