Nano materials are materials that have at least one dimension (1-100nm) in the three-dimensional space or as a basic unit in the nanometer scale range. Because the size is close to the coherence length of the electron, the properties of them are greatly changed because of the strong coherence. And its scale is close to the light wavelength, and has tremendous surface-volume ratio, so the properties, such as melting point, magnetic, optical, thermal and electrical conductivity, are generally different from the substance in the overall state of the performance characteristics.Based on these properties, nano materials are widely used in constructing electrochemical sensor than the color sensor, fluorescence sensor, surface plasmon resonance sensor, surface enhanced Raman scattering sensor, DNA immune sensor. In this paper, the 16nm colloidal gold was prepared by the reduction method of reducing agent, and the about 6nm graphene quantum dots were prepared by the improved incompletely carbonized method, and in order to build a new sensor. Specific as follows:1) In this paper, the synthesis of graphene quantum dots by titration method was used to detect ethanol aqueous solution by fluorescence detection method. With respect to the electrooxidation of ethanol sensor, although the measurement accuracy there is no improvement, but higher by four orders of magnitude and in the 0.01-100% range, the volume percentage of ethanol and emission peak intensity increment linearly, so the method in this paper can be as an effective complement to the existing ethanol content detection method.2) In this paper, gold nanoparticles and polymer electrolyte (PAH/PSS) were assembled by layer by layer, and the composite film electrode was constructed to detect hydrogen peroxide,and And the enhancement of the effect of hydrogen peroxide was analyzed. It shows that with the increase in the number of layers, the cyclic voltammetric response current increased greatly, and the polyelectrolyte with nano materials designing sensing strategies should be considering of the synthetic material’s density and limitations, electronic coupling between the particle particle, chooseing what kinds of ligands modified nano materials.This paper focuses on the application of the synthetic materials in the electrochemical sensors, such as the catalysis, sensitivity, real-time and so on. Through the study on the mechanism and dynamics theory, we understand the interactions highly between micro nano materials molecular and analyte, thus for life science, drug carrier, biological imaging, DNA detection, chemical catalysis and so on provides important analytical tools and theoretical basis.
