This paper accords to the design and research of the new jack rescue robot. Based on a combination of the rescue robot and jack tools, a small volume, light weight, reliable earthquake rescue robots is designed in this paper. Rescue operation personnel can make the new jack rescue robot staying under the construction by itself through the remote control operation, by jacking weights automatically the robot assists rescue personnel to rescue the wounded, open life channel, enlarge the rescue space, which has wide application prospect and using value in sudden disaster and other fields.The new jack rescue robot consists of travel module, jack module, detection module and control module. After the design of system, 3D design software Inventor is used for the 3D modeling of the system. The key components of jack institution is analyse designed. The analysis and the establishment of the jack institution’s model and mechanical model is done; motion simulation and static simulation; the mechanism design of the screw rotation device and the reduction gear. Final simulation results meet the requirements of the jack institution’s requirements of heavy load, the new jack rescue robot’s requirements of rapid, efficient and durable design.At the same time, this paper also tracks of travel agencies and motor design and selection, and the kinematics analysis and dynamics research, the dynamical equations of the system is established based on Lagrange method, and finally solving the resulting the travel agency track section state of driving.At the end of this paper, based on optimization software Isight, the strategy combined DOE sampling method based on Optimal Latin hypercube and multi-objective optimization algorithm based on NSGA-Ⅱ is utilized to solve the multi-objective optimization of the new jack rescue robot arm, under the condition of ensuring the stability and strength, the system becomes more portable, small volume, light weight, optimization is very successful, successful completion of the design and research of the new jack rescue robot.
