Angle measurement play a very important role in real life or in the field of mechanical manufacturing and testing occupies, and the measurement process is not mechanical measurements taken in the past, instead, the measurement process of digitization and automation.Optical Angle measuring method is widely used in many measurement methods,because it have many characteristics,just as high accuracy and non-contact measurement,in this paper, in order to measure micro angular displacement in the horizontal direction when the bore rises along the vertical direction, a laser galvanometer, PSD micro angular displacement testing system is designed.This paper analyzed the characteristics of laser to understand the advantages of laser light source as one of the optical Angle measuring method, and introduces three methods of optical measurement, optical autocollimation method, optical triangulation method and laser interferometry;Two position detector were introduced,namely, the PSD position sensors and four quadrant detector, their structure and working principle are analyzed in theory, routine one-dimensional PSD signal processing circuit are given, and discusses the influencing factors of PSD position detector measurement accuracy;Vibrating mirror as the core parts of the test system,its structure is analyzed.The laser galvanometer, one-dimensional PSD micro angular displacement test system is designed, the system structure is analyzed;Finally on the basis of the system two kinds of measurement method is put forward gun, when the bore rises along the vertical direction. One is two-dimensional vibrating mirror micro angular displacement measurement method combined with the one-dimensional PSD of instructions in the signal processing circuit.By analyzing the state of laser level and elevation,micro angular displacement of the theoretical calculation formulais given.the other is a one-dimensional galvanometer measuring micro angular displacement method combined with the one-dimensional PSD routine processing circuit, by analyzing the state of laser level and elevation, micro angular displacement of the theoretical calculation formula is given.
