V2G describes a new system which is enhanced by many factors, such as the rapid development of vehicular networking technologies, the intensified contradiction between increase of demand and limit of resource, the high market share of electric vehicles in the future and so on. This thesis focuses on transmission strategy of information in the V2 G system.Transmission strategy of information in the V2 G system mainly has two importment research contents. On the one hand, the V2 G communication system is responsible for transfering packets. On the other hand, V2 G service information carried by these packets depends on resource scheduling algorithms. Firstly, this thesis presents an aggregator-based V2 G communication framework. This framework serves for V2 G with using existing communication technologies effectively and introduces the covergence of heterogeneous networks. Secondly, this thesis designs a resource scheduling algorithm which can work with the communication framework mentioned above. The algorithm is based on mobile mode of vechicles and makes users’ behavior into consideration. The goal of the algorithm is optimizing charge scheduling on the premise of maxmizing the satisfaction index of users.The V2 G communication system presented in this paper is heterogeneous networks system, so vertical handover is the most importment feature. This thesis studies a vertical handover algorithm which is used in heterogeneous networks. The improvement of service’s quality is the basis of the algorithm, then it focuses on the load balance of different network systems. The creative design of the algorithm is vertical handover tendency index, if one vehicle’s vertical handover tendency index is below the threshold value which is defined previously, the vehicle will be indicated by the algorithm to execute vertical handover or not in order to maxmize the load balance.V2G, which is proposed recently, is still at laboratory research stage, so experimental platform of V2 G system serves as a crucial role. This thesis designs an APP which is used for testing end-to-end time delay in different network environments. Besides, This thesis designs protocol stack of V2 G based on NS3 simulation platform and implements all fuctional module of commucation layer in the stack. Then, experments are performed to comfirm the platform is effective and practical. Lastly, simulations are performed to comfirm that the resource scheduling algorithm and vertical handover algorithm designed in the thesis are effective.
