With the constant improvement of the industrialization level of the electric power industry, the continuous development of informatization level, and the coming of the era of big data, power system will become more intelligent, complicate, and the challenge will be more severe. Under the control of the influence of various factors at home and abroad, the contradiction of our country electric power industry are becoming increasingly prominent.However,for a long time, the power industry uses traditional instruments to assist in analyzing related, which are often expensive and with single function, hard to extend their function, not easy to manage history data and the accuracy of the analysis to some extent is also affected by human factors. With the expansion of the scale of power grid, combining two fusion and the development requirements of the smart grid, the power industry demand such as the reliability of the electric power production is higher and higher, advanced technology is needed to promote electric power production. In addition, with the speeding up of the power grid interconnection, the scale of power system is becoming greater and greater, the power system low frequency oscillation problem appeals to widespread attention.In view of the above problems, this thesis designed and implemented the power system dynamic analysis software. Its data collection and processing, data analysis, process of communication and graphic display, and other functions of functional modules are implemented by software, the electric power test and analysis of integrated tasks organically are decomposed into multiple software function module, by choosing to run different software function modules users can complete different power test analysis tasks, so the system has a high flexibility and good extensibility. The main application research content include: analyzed the functional requirements and the overall design for the power dynamic analysis system, designed nine modules: the data communication module, data access module, the system main interface module, data configuration module, general multi-channel power wave record module, harmonic and power quality module, the power transmitter module, generator characteristics test module and low frequency oscillation test analysis module; Improved the low power system frequency oscillation algorithm—the improved prony analysis algorithm, and process the sample data by compression section average filter to determine the model order p. According to the relevant requirements of the system software for open source waveform display control —Zgraph is improved as the waveform display control system software. Used the Windows.NET platform to realize the system prototype, use reflection technology by means of reads the XML file to load the system function module, and used the observer design pattern to realize the function of the function modules of high real-time demand requirements. Finally, test the system function, including the system main interface testing and system function modules, verify the functional requirement of the system software.Through the above research contents, the thesis completed the electric power system dynamic analysis software research and development. Through test, the system function achieves excepted project goals. The thesis provides the electric power industry analysis and test of the reference for the related research and development personnel.
