Along with the economic development of appetite, severe environmental pollution problems such as energy consumption has been a serious threat to human survival environment, people realized that to be taking the sustainable development of the green line. Lighting industry as the most basic human demand more should actively explore the new way of lighting. High brightness LED was born for solid state lighting industry has brought the Gospel. Because of the white LED low energy consumption, long service life, high light efficiency, no pollution, etc is seen by some as a huge advantage can replace incandescent lamp, fluorescent lamp of the fourth generation of lighting source. General visible light can be produced by the three primary colors red, green, and blue, so the white LED is in blue LED chip inspired yellow phosphor implementation. This is also on the market at present the mainstream white LED is implemented.White LED the luminous effect is related to such factors as the chip, phosphor and encapsulation technology, the properties of the phosphors can produce important influence. The mainstream yellow phosphor YAG:Ce3+ powder on the market for and blue LED combination it less green components. The work of this paper is the study of Ga3+, Lu3+ doped YAG: Ce3+ phosphor, makes the phosphors spectrum Moving in the direction of blue light, increase it green composition, rich spectrum. also can be used as a green phosphor,meet the needs of the display and other fields.In order to expand the application of phosphor, this paper also studied the ultraviolet LED phosphors,with Tb3+ doping Gd2O2 S, uv LED stimulate phosphor to give out green light.In this paper, prepare Phosphor YAG:Ce3+ 、Ga3+、Lu3+ and Gd2O2S:Tb3+ with the Solid-State Reaction method, The sample was analyzed by XRD, the proof experiment is phosphor powder crystal.Observe the grain size of the sample, proving that the experimental satisfied coating required size of the phosphor powder particles. the sample particle diameter of about 8 to 10 microns.On YAG direct testing and packaging test, analyzes its excitation spectrum and emission spectrum, get Ga3+, Lu3+ to the Ce3+ light have different degree of sensitization effect, and the result is consistent with the effect, realized the YAG emission spectrum Moving in the direction of blue light. And determine the doping density of Ga3+,Lu3+ best to 1,0.5.Analyzed the excitation spectra and emission spectra of the Gd2O2S: Tb3+ sample. Determine the Tb3+ can shine a green light when it is sparked by the uv LED.And determine the best doping concentration of Tb3+ is 0.06.
