The Implementation Of Intergrated Network Control Center In Satellite Communication System

With the rapid development of satellite communication technology, the satellite network is increasingly applied in many fields in national economy, and plays important roles in military and civil communication. In order to keep Chinese new generation of defence satellite communication system to be self control, run efficiently and reliably, and assure the safety of information transmission, it is necessary to exploit the integrated network control center of satellite communication system. However, the special communication node, operating characteristics, satellite transponder resources, multi means and multi system interconnection bring new challenges on network management technology of satellite communication, and become the difficult points of integrated network center. By studying the network management system of satellite communication, and the management construction, hierarchy, protocol and key technologies for new generation of defence satellite communication system’s management control object, we can build up multi-band, multi-satellite and multi-system integrated network control center, which will keep the new generation of defence communication system running reliabley and efficiently.Based on the requirement analysis of the integrated network control center and software requirement, this paper adopts object oriented programming method, carries out the abstraction of the entity that is needed to realize the system function, gives the class and interaction of the software modules, studies and designs general architecture of network management system, including management application, common service, net system management, access control, earth station management, process management, and table design of system database, storage of domestic design, database logical structure and deployment. This paper also gives the network managenemnt and conrol service(MSW), short message service(SMS), station control service(MAN), network control synchronization service(NSA), transport and control agent(RA), and data operation service(DBW).Finally, this paper gives the full physical testing environment, then by black box testing and white box testing, gives the system testing and function analysis of integrated network control center. Test results show that the integrated network control center reaches the design requirement. The research of this paper provides effective technology and means for the network management of complex satellite communication system.
