With the development of science and technology,people's life needs to be further improved,then people use automatic control systems that can adjust various devices automatically,which making people's lives become simple and quick.In the actual factory operation process,due to the complexity of the structure of the machine,as well as high load and high power increase,coupled with the impact of different environmental conditions,the probability of failure of components greatly increased in the machine.In a variety of machine components,the actuator part of the main function of the large system,the completion of all the operation of the machine need to adjust the actuator.Actuator is an important part of the system to obtain important information,the actuator failure will greatly affect the system operation.This paper focuses on fault tolerant control of satellite detection actuator fault.Firstly,the problem of designing fault-tolerant control algorithm based on 2D iterative learning method is studied.To design the linear system modeling,and then transformed into 2D system model,and according to the 2D iterative learning method to design fault-tolerant controller,then using linear matrix inequality method to discuss the stability of the system and design parameters.Secondly,the adaptive control method is applied to fault tolerant control and disturbance rejection of actuator faults in continuous time systems.By estimating the actuator failure factor,the upper and lower bounds of the stuck fault and disturbance,and designing the adaptive rate,the parameters of the controller are estimated directly.Finally,the satellite detection actuator is designed,and the characteristics of adaptive online adjustment method and iterative learning are combined to achieve good control effect on repetitive interference,the shortcomings of the single method design fault-tolerant control are more compensated,and the combination of the two methods can better reflect the stability,accuracy and practicability of the method.Finally,the algorithm is applied to the simulation example,which proving the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed.
