Tactical data link, as the core of modern military communication system, has a vital strategic position. Link-11 data link is now serving the Navy and Air Force of the United States of America, and new generation of data link also draws on the Link-11 technologies and protocols. Therefore, the research of Link-11 data link is of strategic significance to current and future military competition.In this paper, the key technologies of Link-11 data link and interference are studied. In addition, the implementation scheme is designed based on the software radio platform, and the Link-11 data link network and interference effects are tested. The main work of this paper is shown as follows.First, the physical layer protocols of Link-11 data link are studied and a receiver architecture is designed. According to Link-11 data link standard, this paper designs the received signal processing methods, including digital down-conversion, multi-carrier demodulation, signal detection, synchronization, constellation demapping, and Hamming decoding. According to the characteristics of Link-11 signal, a method is developed to realize carrier synchronous and multi-carrier demodulation based on the extraction of single carrier. And a signal detection algorithm using energy detection is proposed, which can ensure the false alarm probability below 1/1000, while the detection probability is above 99.9%. In addition, symbol synchronization is realized through a matched filter, where the synchronization accuracy is half a quarter of a symbol period.Second, research on the interference technology for Link-11 data link is carried out. In this paper, the interference and attack methods of Link-11 data link are analyzed, and several typical blanket jamming effects are simulated and analyzed. The result shows that the interference effect of the center frequency band is better than that of the edge band under the same power.Third, this paper designs an implementation scheme of Link-11 data link and interference technology. Based on the software radio platform, the interactive of the computer and FPGA is designed, the polling network, baseband circuit design and jammer are carried out after timing simulation, debugging.At last, Link-11 data link and the interference effect is tested and verified. In the verification platform, the function of Link-11 network, communication and key modules are verified, and the communication performance and interference effects are tested. The test results meet the design requirements.Based on software radio, this paper designs and verifies the key technologies of Link-11 data link and the interference for Link-11 data link, which provides a basic platform and theory support for Link-11 data link research, and has certain reference significance to our own data link development.
