The company decided to implement remote monitoring various outlets, therefore, need to develop a remote video surveillance system.Target system platform based on cloud computing architecture, which mainly uses wireless sensor technology, video encryption technology, video compression technology and identification technology and network technology, video compression and decompression technology based on H.265 technology standard. With this video surveillance system platform, China Railcom Changzhou branch can be monitored around the clock security for all its outlets under, can achieve real-time remote video viewing, transmission, storage, management, and security issue automatic alarm functions. Dispersed through the Internet, independent image collection point networking, to achieve a unified monitoring within the scope of cross-regional, unified storage, unified management, resource sharing, enterprise management decision-makers to provide a new, intuitive, visual and auditory expand the scope of management tools to improve their work efficiency.This paper discusses the background, purpose and significance of the research, and the research content and objectives, then, the key technologies used in the development of the target system, and secondly, according to the software engineering thought,describes the general architecture of remote monitoring system We discussed in detail the various stages of system analysis, system design, system implementation and other tests.
