With the improving of the precision requirements of various kinds of electromechanical systems, the existence of friction link has become the bottleneck of system performance. It is effective means to eliminate frictional influence to complete parameter identification and the subsequent frictional compensation based on friction model’s establishment. However, because the frictional generation mechanism is very complicated, and additional factors such as vibration and collision are always introduced into frictional process, which makes the difficulty of parameter identification become bigger.The development course and research status of friction model and identification is reviewed and is analyzed at first in this paper. Then, a friction device is developed and manufactured, based on analytical investigation of friction mechanism and friction properties, which has considered factors of vibration of the vehicle and collision. The friction process of the slider moving along the slippery course is also used as the research object. Based on friction process and test data’s features, the paper established modified model by introducing sine filter items into classic friction model. Considering friction model is function of velocity, while parameter identification has high requirement for precision of velocity information, so velocity information of the slider is obtained by method of non-contract measurement which based on high-speed photography, then, test data is disposed by subsequent filtering method. Results of the experiment validate effectiveness of modified model.Analysis of features of identification algorithm has been carried out in this paper, ideology of simulated annealing is introduced into genetic algorithm. Then, hybrid algorithm is applied into example analysis and research of friction parameter identification. Research results show that more precise parameter can be got by modified model and hybrid algorithm of this paper. The method provides significant reference gist for the further study about frictional characteristic.
