VANET (Vehicular Ad Hoc Network) offers an effective solution for the growing traffic problem all over the world, and therefore is attracting more and more attention recently.Vehicle-vehicle communication and vehicle-roadsidecommunication are two basic forms of communication for VANET. The basis of vehicle-vehicle communication and vehicle-roadside communicationis to design a routing protocol which is more suitable for the vehicle environment,the traffic information collection is realized by vehicle-vehicle communicationand vehicle-roadside communication. Emergency message, traffic information collection application can be achieved by vehicle-vehicle communication and vehicle-roadsidecommunication, VANET provides a new solution for traffic safety, traffic management and so on. Therefore, it is very important to study the routing protocol and the more rapid and effective information collection algorithm based on VANET.Evaluation of vehicle routing protocol based on the building of vehicle mobility model. Based on VanetMobiSim and urban environment, the paper builds a vehicle mobility model which is more in line with the actual scene. There are many vehicle routing protocols. Based on vehicle mobility model, the performance comparison of GPSR, OLSR and AODV is carried out in this paper, and analyze what environments they can be used with based on delay and packet loss rate. In order to achieve a better communication between vehicle nodes in vehicular ad hoc networks, the delay and packet loss rate of AODV protocol are optimized based on the above protocol analysis in this paper. The main idea of the optimization of AODV protocol is mainly divided into two, one of which is that the speed of the nodes is included in the consideration in order to achieve better routing choice in data transmission; on the other hand, adding a backup route to achieve that enable the backup route immediately when the primary route fails, rather than initiate a route discovery process. By comparing the improved routing protocol with the original protocol, this paper confirmed that the improved AODV protocol has a different degree of optimization in terms of delay and packet loss rate compared with the original protocol.First of all, the paper makes an analogy between the vehicle ad hoc network and wireless sensor network, and analyzes the similarities between the two architectures. And the paper points out that compared to the traditional wireless sensor networks, the characteristics of the vehicle ad hoc network. In this paper, the wireless sensor network information collection technology and the basic principle of immune network theory are introduced. Based on mobile agent technology and the application of immune network theory, this paper constructs a new vehicle information collection algorithm. Through the simulation, the paper concludes that the proposed new information collection algorithm can effectively realize information collection path optimization; the proposed algorithm were comparedwith the existing algorithms, and proposed algorithm can achieve a more rapid path optimization.
