Nowadays, development of the Internet is very rapid, on the one hand, to speed up the speed of information dissemination, it also makes the amount of information explode more easily. At the same time, due to the rapid development of new media, ordinary people also have the opportunity to emit their own voice. After investigation, we found that the spread of both sides is not often equal or symmetrical. Due to propagation, one of the parties or the media which occupy communication resources advantage can express their views more quickly, form their own opinion or moral superiority. Furthermore, due to lack of resources or transmission media advantage, the sound is often weak. Thus it forms a propagation game asymmetry. Our environment is not calm, crises hidden in the societies, the crisis has become a social norm. After the crisis outbreaks, the influence and the extent of damage are often beyond our imagination. In the event of crisis management is among the first to face propagation of the crisis, crisis communication is often accompanied by propagation asymmetry. Facing a growing number of crises, it is necessary for crisis to facilitate social organizations and individuals in order to reduce the negative impact that brought about by the events. This paper attempts to draw on “asymmetric information theory” within the field of information economics to disseminate science-based, the “asymmetric communication” summarizes in details, combines with the actual case of crisis communication, analysis asymmetric spread crisis propagation among the forms and characteristics.
