Design And Implementation Of SAP-based Petroleum Materials Procurement System Integration

With the development of information technology construction of a petroleum group company, it has built a enterprise ERP systems, financial systems, FMIS system, petroleum specialized system and many other information systems, each information system plays a certain role in the production and management process, but the system is isolated from each other, thus, formed many information silos. In order to avoid duplicated construction, eliminate information silos and avoid duplicated information input, the company introduced the concept of application system integration by which broke down the barriers between various application systems and integrated information silos. Under this premise, the Material Procurement System(hereinafter referred to as "MPS") been put on the construction schedule. The MPS is based on the existing ERP system, with the full integration with ERP system, the company achieved the management and trading integration and integrated procurement and supply chain, realized the whole process full coverage of materials procurement.This paper researched the ERP system application status and business demands and sorted out the application crossing and integration point exist in the function point and function modules, such as demands plan, procurement plans, purchase orders, warehouse management and settlement management etc. The company determined enterprise bus-based and FTP-based two types of transmission scheme, realized the procurement result information interface, purchase orders unlock and procurement plans unlock etc 3 enterprise service bus transmission based real-time interfaces and demands plan based interface, procurement plan interface, inventory voucher interface etc 7 FTP-based non-real-time transmission interfaces. The realization of two systems application integration, firstly opened up the procurement and supply chain, realized the function of creating procurement plan in the ERP system, trade according to the procurement plan under the material procurement system and transfer the generated procurement result to the ERP system to guide the ERP procurement execution; secondly, realized the tracking and analysis of the entire procurement chain from demands plan, procurement plan, procurement transactions, procurement result to purchase orders, inventory check in, inventory check out and settlement.Currently, the two systems integration is online and running in 3 pilot units and has got good application effect.
