Android is a smart phone operating system based on Linux, which is developed by Google and it now occupies 80% Chines e market share. And now, smart phone photo applications based on Android just has simple function and they cannot support social networks. Android is the m ost popular smart phone operating system. In order to meet the needs of developm ent, Android mobile application development industry is quite hot, and it clea rs that th e Android development platform provides a lar ge amount of free application de velopment kits, developers can use these tools to develop feature-rich applications.In recent years, Major mobile phone m anufacturers have launched a relatively high configuration of mobile phones, including the resolu tion of the cam era with distinctive high-resolution, so the user is also more like to use m obile phones, which prompted the demand of the m obile phone photo m anagement software. Traditional Android system mobile phone albums management software just has simple functions include browsing and delete, so user ca nnot do efficient management to photograph on its own term s. In this paper we desi gn and implement a feature-rich software mobile phone photo albums based on Android system. Innovation point of this subject is to realize our design software which not only has the basic function of nor mal cell phone photo album s, and especially enha nce the social function. Through our software, the users can reduce the steps of sharing photos to social netw orking sites. As we know that general software requi res sharing photos vi a applications of networking sites, and our m obile phone photo album can share im ages directly through the software itself. Our phone photo album, on the other hand, can browse the local photo albums and renren online photo album s, this may be the first third-party software that can directly browse all photo albums, and our softwa re can share everyone album pictures to the weibo. It is one of the few photo album s that can support share pictures from a social networking site to another site.This paper discusses the Android de velopment technology and the social platforms authorized technology in detail. Its study key point is increasing the album’s sociability, and it uses object-oriented software development methods, then conducts a requirement analysis and design for the Android-based smart phone photo album, and implements the whole system with the popular Eclipse developm ent environments. Test result shows that the smart phone album is fully functional, stable running, and is able to meet the actual needs of the application.
