Infrared imaging technology is to realize the real-time observation of the target object, and it captured infrared image of the target by infrared radiation detection. Generally speaking, the importance of this technology will be highlighted in the case of the night or poor contrast of visibility. Due to the restriction of detector materials and manufacturing process and other conditions, there are non-uniform problems, poor contrast of visibility, fuzzy visual effects and other shortcomings in infrared image, which led to the infrared image is not clear. In view of this, in order to get a more clear infrared image, it has become an urgent task to design a reasonable infrared image processing algorithms and a real-time implementation on the hardware.In this paper, wavelet analysis theory is mainly applied to study the infrared image denoising, and process infrared image information by using the special advantage of wavelet analysis method. First, according to the denoising, this paper introduces several basic methods and corresponding to its history and current situation. Secondly, this paper introduces the basic theory of wavelet analysis, wavelet analysis of the development process and the specific application. In addition, the paper think the application of wavelet transform in infrared image processing as the breakthrough point, and then combined with the characteristics of infrared image, discussed the infrared image denoising, enhancement, etc. In the aspect of system implementation, this paper selects digital signal processor STM32F407ZGT6 as the core of hardware processing to realize the processing of color image, and introduced the related hardware modules and the function of each module are introduced in this paper, STM32 complete corresponding evacuation and then send the data to PC for related displaying and information sharing between different PC and other functions. And especially introduced the host computer development language C# and its development platform, and carried out related experiments in MATLAB, compared with different algorithm, and proved the feasibility of the system.
