Wireless sensor network (WSN) has the characteristics of fast, flexible reorganization of the network and being free from constraints of the wired network. Therefore, WSN is widely used in environmental monitoring, medical monitoring, efficient agriculture and intelligent building and so on, and it has a very impressive prospect. WSN consists of sensor nodes deployed by the large number of randomly distributed in the target area, and nodes have the characteristics of ad hoc networks, real-time sensing and wireless communication. Sensor nodes are often deployed in the special and inaccessible circumstances, and their energy can not be supplemented, so the network energy is limited. The large-scale WSN has high sensor node density, and it can cause the communication interference between nodes. Energy of sensor nodes is mainly consumed in data acquisition, data processing, data receiving and transmitting data, but the receiving and sending data consume the most energy. Therefore, energy efficiency and anti-interference are two important issues in wireless sensor routing algorithm research.This paper designs the Anti-interference Semi Static Clustering Routing Algorithm(AISSC) for solving energy hole, hot issue and interference problems in wireless sensor network clustering routing algorithm. AISSC can provide a more energy, shorter distance and better link quality route path to transmit data for Wireless sensor network.The geographical position of nodes, the residual energy of sensor node and signal noise ratio are synthetically considered. The algorithm consists of five steps, which are distance measurement, nodes clustering, clusters fusion, the cluster head election and cluster head rotation. Simulation result indicates that the algorithm can improve the link quality of wireless sensor network communication, balance the network energy consumption.
