It is very important to guarantee the quality of products in the process of automatic production. Enterprises through the quality inspection of the key steps can be achieved. Through intelligent automated machine vision quality inspection system, with its operation, fast speed, high accuracy, and gradually become the best processing method of high-speed online detection. The automatic detection technology in some areas has been used, but this type of paper cups detection system technology in our country is still in the development period. The current issues to be addressed include the bottom edge of the cup is difficult to accurately locate the edge of the cup, the cup stains identification accuracy is low.The main task of this paper is oriented practice company manufacturing process by the application of the cup surface quality detection system software algorithm design, and better solve the following three problems:1. Region identification. The identification of the object is mainly concentrated on the edge of the bottom of the cup, cup mouth, etc.. Finally the paper cup image is divided into four areas: one is that the side wall of the; the second is the bottom of the cup; the third is the cup volume at the mouth; the fourth is the edge of the bottom cup. In this research, preferred by the chain code contour extraction method extracts the edge of the paper cup single pixel profile, followed by the use of in vector notation as the core of the regional filling algorithm on paper cups regional implementation of region filling and labeling etc.. The components of machine vision are introduced, and the performance comparison and selection of different hardware components are made. Secondly, the processing results and real-time performance of the algorithm are verified. After the completion of the algorithm design, based on the system real-time requirements, improve and improve the algorithm. Successfully achieved the system application standard.
