With the modernization process of satellite navigation system, BOC signal has been proposed and applied to solve the problem that the navigation frequency band is becoming more and more crowded and the interference between the various navigation systems is becoming more and more strong, and remedy the shortage of the poor positioning accuracy, bad anti interference capability and poor anti-multipath performance of traditional modulation method. For example, BOC(1, 1) signal and TMBOC(6, 1, 4/33) signal have been used in L1 C frequency in GPS system, and Alt BOC(15, 10) signal has been used in E5 frequency of Galileo system. In the navigation system, signal evaluation technique is an important means of satellite navigation signal quality monitoring, and it is an important guarantee to ensure the system work normally and discover system crash. The signal monitoring and evaluation technology of traditional signal cannot to applied to the BOC navigation signals due to the different signal modulation strategies. Therefore, the research and implementation that based on the new system of BOC navigation signal evaluation technology has an important significance.This paper launches the research mainly for BOC and TMBOC signal in GPS L1 C frequency and Alt BOC signal in Galileo E5 frequency. Then the BOC Signal Acquisition and tracking algorithm are implemented on the FPGA. At last, the upper machine is designed for a long time continuous monitoring to track the performance and index which is received from the serial port. Firstly this paper simply introduces the development of GPS and Galileo systems, relevant background and the research status of navigation monitoring technology. Then the BOC signal, and Alt BOC, TMBOC signal modulation principles and spectrum characteristics are introduced, and the design of the index requirements of the navigation quality monitoring information is given. Then introduces the capturing and tracking methods based on the signal feature in the corresponding BOC family, which are the most common synchronization technology algorithms of ASPeCT and BPSK-like, and describes the monitoring scheme of the monitoring indicators and assessment methods. On the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation, and then the FPGA implementation of monitoring, capturing and tracking about of BOC signal receiver are analyzed, which are introduced in detail in the realization of each function module. Finally, this paper introduces the implementation of the PC software and the serial communication data transmission protocol between the receiver machine and the upper software monitoring software. After processing the received data, the real-time waveform for long time continuous monitoring is drawn on the upper software, and the test results are given on the monitoring receiver test. The design has been the basic quality monitoring and evaluation of technical indicators can meet the navigation requirements based on the analysis of test results. This article for BOC navigation signal monitoring technology research and evaluation of the implementation of the platform has the vital significance for the development of a new generation of Bei Dou navigation system in our country and research.
