Prior to the official operation of the aircraft, a large number of trial flight test is an indispensable link. When the plane flies high up in the sky, sensors installed in the aircraft will truly measure the parameters of aircraft, which tells the test developers how about the aircraft operation. Airborne test system is a very important part of the test, and it plays a key role in the success of the flight test,Which collects the test data of the target device during test flight. Because of its data acquisition function requires a lot of data and many tests to verify, so a ground verification platform needs to be created. The ground verification platform is mainly used for the test and verification of the airborne test system, so as to ensure the performance of the test system can fully guarantee the successful test flight of the large aircraft.Analog sensor signal source system is an indispensable part of the ground verification platform. It is used to simulating output signal for various kinds of sensors used in the aircraft, while generating series type of excitory signal for the acquisition channel at the same time, which covers the input signal of all acquisition channel in each test zone of the Airborne test system. In this paper, the simulation of the sensor signal source software system selects the NI VeriStand real-time simulation configuration platform as the core of the system achievement. NI VeriStand uses the characteristics which combined with other third supported software, in this design, and create real-time and efficient simulation signal source test applications combined with the LabVIEW software development platform. All kinds of simulation models of analog sensor signal source are created by template tool provided by the VeriStand API library, and developed in the LabVIEW programming environment, the independent modular design has great flexibility and is convenient for the user to modify and extend. NI VeriStand with simple beautiful and open software interface can not only help developers to design a flexible test program interface, but also can reduce the time of application development.The main research contents are as follows:1. Studying the concept, significance, development status and system structure of NI VeriStand technology and using NI LabVIEW freely and master its programming technology.2. Understanding the working principle of the simulation sensor signal source as well as the component of hardware system, mastering all type of sensors and its input and output characteristics involved in this system. According to the characteristics of the sensors, the sensor simulation scheme is determined and the simulation model is established independently.3. Designing the overall software structure of the signal source, and functional requirements analysis, completing the function module, interface configuration and the design of the monitoring interface.4. The core of the analog sensor signal source’s software design is each analog sensor signal source are encapsulated into a custom class equipment, Generally divided into resistance and voltage with model establishment and the design of control software respectively. At last, the paper introduces the reliability technology of signal source software design, and analyzes the test results, calculates the reference error, which verifies that all kinds of analog signals’ outputs are within the range of accuracy requirements.
