As a classical engineering matter in fields of agricultural water and soil, soil water transportation depends on finite element software to be solved. As a simulation tool for unsaturated soil water and salts, high accurate SWMS does not materialize pre- and post-processing and lack friendly visual interface. At present, developing software systems with complete functions, friendly interface, high accuracy and convenient operation has great significance for the research of soil water and salt transportation. In this paper, Fortran is therefore selected in present study combining with Matlab in order to achieve integrated development of original SWMS. Combing the measured value of indoor experiments with the simulated values of integrated software, the main conclusions of the research are as follows:1) The pre-processing of integrated system was designed, including graphical display, automatic mesh generation, automatic calculation of grid node control length, input of initial, boundary conditions and model parameters; the post-processing of integrated system was designed, including visual soil-water distribution, access to wetting front, infiltration parameter simulation and so on.2) The simulated effect of the integrated development software the proposed method has been confirmed by indoor experiment and literatures in film hole irrigation. The results indicated that integrated software has a good simulation for the distribution of soil water and accumulative infiltration of homogeneous soil border irrigation, furrow irrigation and film hole irrigation.3) The soil water infiltration of furrow irrigation with sand-layers, minor difference between soil properties or equal initial soil water potential between layers, can be simulated by integrated software; At the same time, the simulated effect of integrated software and the measured value of accumulative infiltration for sand-layers furrow irrigation shown that The existence of the sand layer can play a certain role in barrier.Integrated software of soil water movement numerical simulation built in this thesis, can directly and automatically generate mesh of calculated areas and handle the numerical solution. At this situation, the integrated software can solved the problems of time consuming, error prone, low efficiency of initial SWMS and established foundation to second development of software. But it is difficult to simulate the soil water redistribution and the infiltration under the initial uneven distribution of soil water, required further studying.
