Application of optical communication has now become research hotspot of communication. Polarization maintaining optical communications as a special way of communicating have the advantages of a high-security, high-rate, high-bandwidth, interference, light weight, small size, and low power consumption. ATP(Acquisition, tracking, and Pointing) technology is the most important and critical, its capture tracking performance will directly determine the satellite earth optical communications link is established or not. Thus, high-performance, high-precision ATP polarization maintaining communication system development is the focus of research.This topic combined polarization measurement techniques, attitude to information technology, with target tracking technology, to explore the mechanism of complex sensor attitude information acquired in acquiring space beacon posture while realizing space and feature polarization transfer vectors of decomposition, and single-sensor complex information acquisition.Innovation points of the whole paper include1) Lateral photoelectric effect around the photoelectric position detector(PSD), analyzes the beacon light path azimuth- polarization angle composite information common path detection and decoupling process, the use of lateral offset of the incident light beam polarizing beam splitter prism waveform shaping of the output light intensity into orthogonal polarization ratio of parallel, non-contact transmission function of spatial position and attitude.2) PSD lateral photoelectric effect by measuring the position of the beacon light imaging, thrust reversers beacon beam axis orientation information. Utilize incident light intensity incident composite optical current sensing strong convergence of information generated in the PSD surface, vector angle rotary motor instantaneous feedback information compared obtain synchronization beacon light polarization state information after the data analysis and processing, the same optical path, the same device on track to achieve the beacon light of the base vector angle detection purposes.3) Preparation of the corresponding lower computer software and PC software designed based on LabVIEW. Conducted a serial communication enables communication between the host computer and the next crew, and real-time online testing, well completion GPS \ INS error correction, to achieve stability, target tracking adaptive control process.4) The tracking system’s mechanical structure was designed based on LabVIEW platform, and a fuzzy PID control algorithm model based on fuzzy control theory was built, the PID algorithm improves the original tentative modify the control parameters of the state.
