Studying the equilibrium state of the uneven-aged mixed selection forest has significance meaning. It can manage the existing natural forest reasonably and achieve the transformation from Artificial-aged forest to Uneven-aged forest.Since the diameter structure has the characteristics of reverse ’J’ type distribution in an uneven-aged mixed selection forest, the tree diameter distribution of 5 cells in the 2ed Region in Jingouling forest farm of Jilin province can be fitted by negative exponential function, which has been verified by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. A combination model, which based on negative exponential function, has been established by combining Schutz’s equilibrium model and Lopez’s projection matrix model. Simultaneously, the combination model considered limiting factors, such as competitive factor. The ratio q between adjacent diameter classes of predicted results ranged from 1.2 to 1.5. The results shown that the combination model both take full account of the real situation stands, and optimize the diameter distribution, obtained reasonable equilibrium curve, and has got a more stable distribution of trees’number. This research can provide effective reference for realizing the transformation of low yield of artificial forest to uneven-aged forest, and studying the near natural management of artificial forest.And then, HTML5 and Java language have been used to develop a Web-based mixed selective cutting uneven-aged forest management simulation system. This system has achieved the diameter class distribution statistics plots number standing, calculated growth and harvest. In this system, Schutz"s equilibrium model, Lopez’s projection matrix model and Combined model based on negative exponential function were built to simulate the equilibrium state of the uneven-aged mixed selection forest, and have drew a distribution to reflect how plot balanced standing change with the tree diameter class. This system can provided an information technology tool to support forest management.
