VoIP Communication System Research And Implementation For Small And Medium Enterprise

The information management in the sales force automation is the common requirements of enterprises, and communication is the rigid demand of enterprises. However, most companies still use the traditional official mode like paper, pen, excel and so on, as well as the traditional means of communication like manually dialed telephone. Some companies have adopted CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, but they lack of the corresponding call center system. Developing or integrating a call center system takes lots of effort. It will not only increase the cost of business management, but also reduce the efficiency of business operations. What is more, it will result in waste of resources.The author proposed the corresponding solution and technology roadmap by carrying out the relevant practical research and literature review that aiming at the practical problem in SME management. This paper designs VoIP telephone call communication system which using the FireBreath framework and the Sciter interface design for engine based on B/S architecture with SIP protocol. It will satisfy the actual needs of SMEs information construction in the telephone call system.In summary, this paper introduces the research background, the related technology and the significance of internet telephone filed. It describes the feasibility issues and relative advantages of technology to achieve the chosen subject, but also the design of the system. The specific design methods include the key points about interface design innovation and functional design. Then the author tested the system in different browsers. The system can meet the requirements of the SMEs.
