In the field of the robot applications, the robot’s workplace is more and more from the traditional industrial production field to new areas, such as home office. The robot’s nature of work also changed from the traditional simple repetition and hard work to complex and intelligent work.In the new field of the robot applications,how to combine robots with computer and solve data security problem of computer is a new content in this paper.In computer security, network security problem is extremely difficult to solve, no matter network security technology how rich,computer network security breaches can not be completely prevent. in order to ensure the network security maximize,making the internal network and internet completely disconnected, which is the fundamental solution to prevent hackers, and a lot of sensitive information adopts this way in our country presently.When the network is disconnected,it is a new problem that how to transfer information between different networks.In this case,many companies use U disk and mobile disk to copy, but this work requires a lot of human.According to this problem,a files ferry system between internal and external web server system based on robot is designed in this paper,it burns the data need to exchange between internal network and internet to CD-W automatically,the robot system performs the transfer tasks between the hosts and destroy CD tasks,the system automatically import data to the target host specified location, finally realizes the safe and reliable data exchange between the internal and external web server.In this paper, in order to improve the copy work of the robot system, the task is divided into four types, respectively there are the immediate task, buffer task, timing task and Shared task, and in view of the different management process, four different permissions is designed include the administrator, user and auditor, and according to the different needs to finish the work.Through actual using, the system can achieve the desired effect.The work is not only ensure the safety of the server’s data but also saves the human, improve the level of server management, and lay a good foundation for the application of the robot in the new field.
