Recently, ZigBee has been widely used in Urban Infrastructure Construction and Home Network. In these fields, some operant behaviors have been realized, such as controlling the operative mode of equipments and the feedback from equipments to users. Although ZigBee can realize these functions, it has some deficiencies in practice. On one hand, ZigBee needs a dedicated device as the control site, increasing the cost of facilities. On the other hand, it is truly a problem for the non-professional users to update the firmware of the device. It is the mobile phone that is the most economical and convenient option to control the Mesh network. Nowadays, most mobile phones are supported by BLE4.0, which has low cost, low power,3ms low latency, long distance and many other characteristics. Therefore, people can use the APP to control the BLE Mesh network through mobile phones.This paper does a deeply research on the BLE network routing protocol and application. First of all, we have analyzed the principles of the classical routing algorithms. Tree index mechanism and saving multi-hop routing information mechanism are introduced into the hybrid routing algorithm to improve the communication performance, which is testified on NS-3. Furthermore, in consideration of the relationship of RF range and transmission power, we have done some verification tests on TLSR8266, including functional test, relation test between RF range and transmission power and multi-hop routing test, which verify the routing performance of BLE Mesh network and the feasibility of the solution.
