Cyber-Physical system is a blend of computing, communications, and physical control of the multidimensional complex system, calculates the fused together, interaction and control technology to realize the large-scale engineering systems, real-time information service awareness and dynamic control. Cyber-Physical system is widely used:health care, precision agriculture, air monitoring, and so on. Cyber-Physical system is commonly used in large projects, how to go from this project to detect the data flow in the event, in turn, control object which is Cyber-Physical system need to solve.Cyber-Physical system information and physical interaction determines the data information of the world face in quantity is huge, and the control of the physical world is characterized by multiple object control.Can efficiently in a huge amount of data processing is the key to realize the contact between information and the physical world. Complex event detection technology is to use the connections between events’attributes, algebraic operation and various matching rules for data flow filtration of Cyber-Physical system.Information detection problem of Cyber-Physical system’s flow of data, this paper has carried out the following research:(1) For huge amounts information flow of Cyber-Physical system and difficult to deal with in time. This paper proposes a complex event detection method based on Petri net and Hash structure.The proposed algorithm can not only reduce a lot of back-forward operations, but also remove a lot of repetition lookup operation, the simulation results show that the proposed method has more significant effect in detecting time, memory consumption and throughput compared with existing methods.(2) For huge amounts of data flow information of Cyber-Physical system has larger out-of-order data flow which caused timely decision is difficult to make, This paper proposes a complex event detection method based on improved Petri net and Hash structure. The proposed algorithm solved the problem that out-of-order intrinsic relationship between events is difficult to determine for detection of out-of-order data flow and inner structure is difficult to form for detection of out-of-order data flow result in the difficult to determine the problem of complex events in time, the simulation results show that the proposed method in the detection time, memory consumption and throughput can significantly improve the efficiency of out-of-order event flow detection.(3) For huge amounts of data flow of Cyber-Physical system that may occur in the strong uncertainty, this paper proposes a complex event detection method that orients massive uncertainty data flow of Cyber-Physical system based on directed acyclic graph structure;The algorithm is effective to improve the detection of uncertain data stream with the combination of quantity is too large to timely detect complex event, The algorithm can reduce memory consumption, improve the throughput, improving the stability of the system.(4) For the data stream of Cyber-Physical system with plot rule constraints, this paper proposes a complex event detection algorithm based on the plot rule tree, this algorithm can effectively reduce atomic events that does not meet the constraints and reduce the storage of intermediate results, also can greatly save the cost of complex event detection and improve the speed of detection.
