The design of chaotic circuit based on memristors turn into a new entry point of chaotic circuit’s designation for the last five years. Comparing with chaotic circuit which proposed by the traditional methods, the memristive chaotic circuit have more complex dynamical behaviors. In addition to the sensitivity of parameters of chaotic circuit, system behavior also heavily depends on the the initial state of memristor. The signal of memristive chaotic circuit has stonger pseudorandomness, which make it enjoy broader application in the traditional engineering applications. So the design of the memristive chaotic circuit and its engineering application have a very important value. In this paper, Some work on the design of memristive chaotic circuit and confidential communications applications have been done as follows:(1) A novel four-order meristor chaotic oscillator,is constructed by a flux-controlled memristor.The dynamics properties of the chaotic oscillator are certified by means of universal dynamics analysis methods,such as the symmetry, dissipation, equilibrium stability,phase diagrams, Lyapunov exponent spectrum and bifurcation diagram of the system are carried out and discussed.The numerical simulation results show that the chaotic oscillator can produce a kind of heart-shaped attractor. With the circuit parameters change and the influence of the nonlinear components, the chaotic oscillator performs period-double bifurcation leading to chaotic and hyperchaotic phenomena.(2) A novel five-order chaotic oscillation circuit was constructed by two charge-controlled memristors and two inductances, a capacitance, a negative resistance. The nonlinear dynamics of the system with the variation of circuit parameters and initial conditions of charge-controlled memristors were demonstrated by means of conventional methods.The research result found that five-order chaotic oscillation circuit is different from the general chaotic system, its stability is not only determined by the non-zero eigenvalues of equilibrium points, but also affected by the zero eigenvalues of equilibrium points in certain circuit parameters.(3) The chaotic secure communication scheme is designed based on drive-response synchronization method. The four-order meristor chaotic system which is constructed by pwl-meristor is introduced in secure communication by the drive-response synchronization theory, the corresponding response of synchronous drive system is designed. The correctness of its analysis has been further verified by simulation. On this basis, a chaotic communication security scheme is designed, using the characteristics of chaotic signal cross-correlation and autocorrelation. the actual transfer process of digital signal binary is also analyzed. The superiority and feasibility of the plans have been proved by numerical simulation.In this paper, a constructing approach to generate the memristive chaotic system with memristor is reported. And the exploration of the application of the memristive chaotic system in secure communication area is of research value in engineering fields.
