Since the 1990s, with the development of communication, computer technology and control theory, networked control systems, which is based on network, is more and more concerned by the majority experts and scholars. The information of system was acquisitioned to keep abreast of the systems changes in the control strategy of traditional networked control systems, and then the control signal was sent to actuator. It is an ideal control strategy, but a great amount of communication and information flow was brought out, then communication property was affected largely. Therefore, the control strategy of networked control systems was researched, and the impulsive control was applied in this paper. So far the time interval of impulsive controller is equal. the variable time interval was applied in impulsive trigger mode. The number relationship between impulsive interval and network congestion is established, and the stability of system was analyzed when the impulsive is unrestricted or restricted. In addition, the stability of system was analyzed when the impulsive is considered as a norm. Below are the main contents:(1)First of all, the significance of the networked control systems was discussed deeply, and some of the basic problems currently existing in the networked control systems were described briefly, such as, delay, packet loss, packet timing disorder, scheduling and so on. Furthermore, the status of networked impulsive control strategy was summarized.(2)The issue of the impulsive synchronization in the complex dynamical networks with delays was researched. The sufficient condition of the impulsive synchronization was deduced by the Lyapunov Equation. The example was presented to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.(3)Impulsive control method, which was widely studied now, is given time interval of impulsive. The impulsive control strategy of variable time interval was applied to establish the number relationship between impulsive interval and network congestion. When the network is congested, the impulsive interval was increased to reduce the impact of network congestion on system stability, so that system stability can be ensured. On the contrary, when the network unimpeded, the impulsive interval was reduced to accelerate the convergence rate. The model of networked impulsive control system was built, based on this, the condition of system stability was given by the Lyapunov Equation, the stability of system was analyzed. The example was presented to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.(4)Consider in real life, not all state variables can variable infinitely. The impulsive was regarded as a norm, the stability of system was analyzed when the impulsive is restricted. Finally, the example was presented to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
