At present, with user demand for network services and constantly improve, network convergence, service diversification has become the inevitable trend of the development of the network, softswitch technology as the representative of the next generation network technology with support many types of network access, to support multimedia services, value-added business provided flexible trigger, construction and renovation costs and other advantages, has become the main direction of current network technology development. Through analysis of Beijing City, a unit of communication network construction present situation, according to the variety of network coexist for a long time, each network user cannot be achieved interoperability, unable to meet all network users demand for multimedia services such as problems, introduce softswitch technology to the original communication network to optimize the design, to construct the integration of a variety of network, each network user interoperability, fully share network resources, voice, video and other multimedia data transmission with QoS guarantee, network management is flexible and controllable, safe and reliable network operation optimization of the network.This study is based on the softswitch technology to optimize the design of the network communication unit, mainly to complete three tasks:1.According to the current situation of the unit of communication network, analyzes its existing problems and deficiencies, and clear the main requirements and design objectives of network optimization design. Based on the analysis and research of the softswitch technology, the actual demand for traction, analysis and demonstrated the necessity of using soft switching technology to optimize the design of the communication network.2.Based on the softswitch technology, put forward the unit communication network optimization design architecture, from the aspects of network organization, equipment selection, application protocol, coding scheme, business planning, put forward specific solutions to the optimization design, and further study the optimized network QoS guarantee, network management, security design and implementation.3.In the unit communication network node establishes the optimized network experimental verification of the model, application ixchariot test system for optimized network performance tested through the analysis and research of network delay, delay jitter, packet loss rate, MOS value performance test results, discuss the optimization design scheme is feasible, given the network optimization experiments are designed to verify the conclusion, and puts forward the direction of the next step network optimization.In this paper, we present the solution of network optimization design by introducing the soft switching technology from the practical demand of the reform of the communication network of a certain unit. Optimum design for the communication network of the unit, for the study based on Softswitch technology change traditional network networking mode, enhance the diversification of network carrying capacity, rich Internet application service, thereby enhance the overall network application performance, has very important realistic meaning and practical value.
