Tourism is the world’s fastest growing and most widely promising emerging industries, and it is also the focus of national policy to foster and encouraged by the country to developed. OTA (Online Travel Agent) makes the traditional travel agency sales model into the network platform, it transfers the travel lines, hotels and other information more extensively, making travel prices more transparent, tour bookings breakthrough time and space constraints. The OTA further stimulates tourism demand, and promotes the development of China’s tourism industry. Meanwhile, OTA attain their own commission earnings through distributing hotel and other tourism resources. As the OTA market competition more and more fierce, OTA enterprise is necessary to introduce customer relationship management (CRM) system to help enterprises to better integrate and manager supplier resources. CRM can reduce business operating costs and improve enterprise efficiency.The project introduced in this thesis is the project which the author participated in the design and development of at the Mass Stay Business Unit of Qunar Network ("Qunar"). The client relationship management system of Qunar’s Mass Stay Business Unit unites business information management, contract management and audit, marketing program management and audit, as well as other operational functions into one, providing a secure, easy to use, and fully-featured information platform for the company’s business expansion staff. The system utilizes B/S structure to design and SSM framework to develop. It is constituted of 12 subsystems, including the management of systems, business opportunities, commercial tenants, contracts, tasks, sales, commissions, editing, notification, data centers, feedbacks, and labels. The system provides basic services in e-mailing, texting, messaging, permissions, and data capturing etc.The author had participated in the analysis, design, programing of 6 subsystems. These are system management, business opportunity, contract, mission, and sale subsystems. Among them, the main function of business opportunity subsystem is to manage cooperation requests among commercial tenants. Commercial tenant subsystem focuses on managing contacts, call record and related information. Contracting subsystem’s main function is to manage and audit contracts and plans. Mission subsystem mainly manages sales target, regulating and guiding sales staff’s daily operation through performance of tasks.By using this system, sales staff can better maintain existing business resources and faster identify potential commercial tenants. At the same time, it enhances the contract and plan auditing process, shortens the product cycle from discover to sale/market, optimizes corporate resource allocation, and reduces costs.
