With the rapid development of service computing and the wide application of Internet, the Web service is becoming a part of people’s life and production. And the choice of Web service also brings some difficulty to the people. On the one hand, with the rapid development of the software, the number of available services with the same function but different quality has increased dramatically, and service QoS information is mostly used mixed data description, and then how to choose the best service for users is worthy of research. On the other hand, under the driven of information and communication technology, that the group activities occur widely in people’s lives, and Web service selection is also changing from the single user to the group decision making model. When the group size is large that consider all of the user’s preference is not realistic, then need to study that how to fast choose the service for users. Therefore, to sum up, it is necessary to establish a efficient Web service group decision making method based on the personalized QoS requirements. The main work in this thesis is organized as follows:(1) A hybrid QoS aware Web service group decision algorithm is proposed. First, this paper introduced a hybrid QoS description model, and it can support the attribute evaluation of real number, interval number, triangular fuzzy number and intuitionistic fuzzy number. And the paper also gives out the combination service QoS aggregation model. Then, by drawing on the theory of clustering algorithm and the basic idea of TOPSIS to select the Web service set.(2) By referring to the Skyline computing theory, A hybrid QoS aware Web service Skyline computing model is proposed, the model can be used for Skyline screening of the many alternative services which attribute information for the mixed data types, and to exclude those poor performance of the service, and to speed up the best service decision by reducing the range of alternative service set.(3) Researched the hybrid QoS aware Web service Skyline query method, and by drawing on the existing Skyline query method, that four hybrid QoS aware Web service Skyline query methods are introduced respectively to search for the uncertain Skyline service of the alternative service set.
