In recent years, with the development of control and electronic information technology,intelligent agricultural machinery has taken a big step, but part of the traditional agricultural machinery gearbox still did not realize full automatic reversing, manual reversing operation with large intensity, longer power cut off time and other factors, affect agricultural operation efficiency and make it poor traveling through different road conditions. Therefore, it is practical significance of simplifying the operation procedure and improving the driving comfort to carry out the design of manual gearbox to the remote control system of the automatic reversing in this topic.This paper proposes installation of the corresponding linear actuator on the accelerator of the diesel engine, clutch operating rod and manual gear box gear rod, in the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the core processor control to achieve automatic control of throttle, clutch and gear, finally, use the remote control device to achieve the purpose of remote control automatic ignition, automatic reversing, automatic throttle.Firstly, elaborated domestic and foreign research status and development trends of agricultural remote control technology and transmission technology; then followed by analysis based intelligent control technology and motion control technology, designed overall the remote transmission system, including design of the linear actuator type reversing, the remote control device design and the wireless communication agreement.Secondly, according to the overall design and fictional requirements of the system to design the hardware circuits and software flow charts of the remote transmission system, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the linear actuator type automatic reversing system, proposed that the PID algorithm and the position state detection based on the position of the gear position can be used to determine the gear position, and then achieve the purpose of automatic commutation.Finally, Using MATLAB to simulate and modeling linear actuator type automatic reversing control system, analysis of the simulation curves obtained electric putter to respond quickly,accurately reach the predetermined shift positions and meet the requirement of the system; At this time, test the actual distance of remote control device in the open without the interference ground,the effective distance can reach 300 m, the results not only verifies the reliability of remote communication protocol, but also reflects the feasibility of the system design; provides the basis and conditions for the next test of remote control system.
