Nowadays although we have the high-speed computing ability, mass storage devices, but with the continuous development of society and technology, the requirement is getting higher, but at the same time the cost need to decrease. So a new concept named cloud computing was emerged, it satisfies people’s demand of computing with high-performance, low cost and quick response.There are many different types of cloud computing. For the practice of a company, it needs the Information Technology team to select the right one based on the development and need of company, make a good plan, avoid unrealistic and waste of money. The private cloud not only inherited the fast, efficient features of cloud computing but also with its safety and quality of service become the first choice of enterprise cloud deployment.There is a problem many companies are studying with that how to deploy the private cloud service and make it really improve working efficiency. The main working contents and contributions of the thesis are listed below:(1) Compare the different characteristics of cloud computing for enterprise private cloud and prove that private cloud is very important for enterprises. Propose that although the enterprise already had resiliency resource pool, but only integrated with self-service and automated deployment, it can provide private cloud service.(2) Analyze the actual needs of enterprises for the private cloud, design a self-service private cloud services portal connect with the orchestrator software which provide automatic service, propose the concept of component template, predefined component template allows users to choose the services easier, users can choose different component template according to their needs.(3) For the non-predefined component template which need to deploy manually. The system design different user roles and integrate the different process of the operation, make maintenance team together for the various stages during the system resources application, enhance the speed of resource request.(4)In practice, the automatic deployment of the system reduced the delivery time of the resources from several days to a few hours. It enhances the work efficiency greatly.
