Secure multiparty computation is firstly proposed by Pro. Yao. Secure multiparty computation has been the research focus in the cryptography field. Goldwasser predicted that SMC, which is a powerful tool and has rich theoretical basis but whose real-life usage is only beginning, will become an integral part of our computing reality in the future. Secure multiparty computation can protect the security in th internet, and be applied to e-commerce, private electronic voting and so on. Based on digital signature, authentication technology, encryption and decryption, secure multiparty computation expands the application field.This paper introduce the conspect, model, development prospect and security definition of secure multiparty computation. We overview public key protocols and cryptography basic knowledge. Based on secure multiparty computation, we study FOO electronic voting, on the basis of which, we proposed an all privacy electronic voting protocol, and achieve the following results:(1) We proposed an all privacy electronic voting protocol. The protocol does not need the third party, and use the secret splitting method, and the voters can solve the counting. Therefore, we cannot disclose the votes. The computational and communication conplexity is lower and the protocol is information seure.(2) We design a private electronic voting system. Using ASP technology, we design networ interface, and using VC and Matlab, we design procedue. Bt the system, we can realize the voting system on a large scale. The computation cost of the protocol is lower, the operation is easy.
