The data of the health care industry is large and complex, and the information value is high and rich. In the process of community medical service, through the accumulation of physical sign data of a large number of community residents, the multi angle reflects the personal health status, regional disease characteristics and the health of the evolution of trends and other information is of great significance.This paper summarized the domestic and international data mining and visualization technology in health data analysis based on the research status. In the paper, it first introduced the Beijing city community health hut and the procedure of data pretreatment. In the part of preprocessing, the paper described how to apply cleaning, integration, transformation, reduction to the raw data collected from the community health hut. Then client-side in baby temperature and respiration monitoring system prototype based on Android Platform was introduced in detail. Concerning the user demands, the four functional modules of data collection, analysis, management and upload were developed. Furthermore, in order to study the distribution characteristics of regional disease, we performed an experimental evaluation of the accuracy and interpretability of Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering (HAC) and K-Means. Finally, the paper constructed the community health data analysis platform to realize the analysis and application of traditional graphs in the distribution of disease. The functional modules of the system included a multi parameter, interactive, dynamic data display, clustering analysis on different dimensions and regional disease distribution map.
