Nowadays, the Internet has played an increasingly important role in economic and social development. However, with the increasing function demands for network, the Internet exposes more and more problems. In order to solve the serious shortcomings of the existing Internet, some new network systems have been created in the world.The national 973 project The Universal Network proposes a new Internet architecture. The network consists of two parts, access network and backbone network. And it proposes two conceptions, AID (ACCESS IDENTIFIER) and RID (ROUTING IDENTIFIER). Its core mechanism Mapping lead the separation of identity and location. It fundamentally solves the problem of IP dual attributes, improves the mobility, routing scalability, controllability and the security of network. But its central controllability is weak, it cant not flexible control the whole network. But OpenFlow achieves the separation of control plane and data plane on the network equipment, reducing the burden of switching equipment, and the control plane can perceive the whole network, so it is easy for decision-making forwarding and path planning, it achieves the flexible control of network flow, simplifies the network configuration mode and increases the openness of the network control.This paper aims at the separation of control plane and data plane of The Mobile Network. It puts the OpenFlow technology into The Universal Network, and proposes a mapping system based on the separation of control plane and data plane. It can solve the problem of IP dual attributes while improving network security by mapping mechanism, and also can improve the flexibility, controllability and resource utilization of network by the separation of control plane and data plane.Firstly, the paper analyzes the current research and has an introduction about The Universal network and OpenFlow network. And then describes a method of gathering OpenFlow network and mapping mechanism, also the design of the features of forwarding devices and central controller.Secondly, the paper analyzes the design goals and the module functions of the forwarding devices and central controller. It mainly achieves the design and implementation of the level mapping processing, mapping processing and the functional entities interaction processing. (1) The level mapping processing mainly completes the function of level mapping table and the interaction of level table, at the same time, it proposes the level matching mechanism to achieve the security and controllability of the access to network resources. (2) The mapping process is mainly to do the mapping of identifiers, at the same time complete the function of mapping table storage structure and the RID address pool. (3) The functional entities interaction processing mainly designs the communication processes of the system.In the end, we set up a test environment of the Mapping System based on the Separation of Control Plane and Data Plane, and then we test the functions of each module and processing. The experiment results demonstrate the basic functions of each modules, it achieves the mapping mechanism, level mapping mechanism and the separation of control plane and data plane.
