In recent years, with the expansion of large enterprises in the international business market, how to build a decentralized distributed and integrated service platform is becoming more and more important.The main content of this paper is the core module of integrated collaborative platform- access control module. As the international business market has become increasingly prosperous, the amount of data, the number of data services and users will be a lot of growth as well. Since the data is very larger and the information exchange is frequently, how to integrate and obtain the data accurately and efficiently, and how to ensur e the security of user information and system is an important problem in this paper.First, in order to develop the construction of the overall system, this paper introduces semantic service in the SOA architecture and its related technologies. In comparison with SOA and CSCW in four characteristics of the corresponding, and a kind of adaptive network environment of SOA has been proposed. Its characteristics are loose, heterogeneous, distributed, custom workflow and so on. In addition, with the BPEL workflow engine, collaborative business process can be automatic selected. To sum up, we construct and realized the collaborative work in the collaborative platform.Secondly, the main research authority control module of this paper is divided into two parts.(1) Through using ETL technology, we can realize permission control in data exchang e. According to the concept and characteristics of ETL technology, a data warehouse for dat a exchange in the bottom layer is established. Data extraction and analysis are realized base d on ETL process(data extraction, data cleaning/transform, loading) in the collaborative pl atform. ETL is used for the acquisition and processing of large scale data. Then design extr action scheme and progress the ETL operation work. The final step is to load the data by th e ODS to the data warehouse. So we can realize data exchange, service sharing platform, i mprove the business operation efficiency, and optimize the collaborative process in the enti re international business market.(2)In the part of system of information security, this paper introduces the role-based access control(RBAC) model, and makes some expansions. By adding the concept of ro le sphere of action with a triad(user, role, range) identifying user authority, to solve the traditional RBAC model problem. And the extended RBAC model is successfully applied to the design and development of the authority management subsystem of Zhejiang tobacco import and Export. To improve the security of information system, and make the collaborative work realize the interface clear, easy operation and easy maintenance.By using Web Service and some other technology in practical application, we finished the construction of cigarette import and export platform in SOA architecture. The finished collaborative platform can be extend and achieve the enterprise’s collaborative work objectives more efficiently. Also, this paper mainly studies the authority control module which is based on the ETL process of data exchange, and through a series of processing the data in each data source ultimately integrated into the data warehouse. The entire collaborative platform to achieve the data is based on this data warehouse. In the control module, the RBAC role access control model extension is proposed, and access control can be used to ensure users are only assigned to their business needs and partition their business operations. It can also ensure the security of information resources in the collaboration platform and make it convenient.
