Product Development System Design And Implementation For Tobacco Manufacturing Enterprise

In order to further improve China’s whole competition strength of tobacco, "on the cigarette level" all the work must be made in full, especially the brand development, raw material guarantee, technology innovation, marketing, fundamental management is especially critical. The research and development of this system, is not only beneficial to the normative standardization management and the construction of the physical and chemical indicators to predict early warning mechanism, but also more conducive to project management of product research and development, promote the scientific management of the company.The main research works of this thesis includes:1)this paper deeply analyzes the international environment and the industry’s own strategy, and expounds the problems faced by cigarette manufacturers, and gives the practical significance of building the product research.2) based on the research of cigarette production enterprises and design theory of manufacturing industry, this paper puts forward the design method of cigarette product design based on task. In addition, the modeling method based on Petri net theory is proposed in this paper.3) this paper describes the process of cigarette enterprise product development and product development system, A business model based on the hierarchical Pertri net is designed, and the system software model based on SOA is designed, and the system implementation scheme is given.4) in order to verify the business model and software model, this paper presents a the detailed functional design schematic diagram and core program code for "workflow driven task scheduling function" and "sensory quality analysis function". The system performance test curves are given.The establishment and implementation of this system, can effectively reduce the enterprise management costs, improve staff work efficiency, avoid risk. After launch, the success of the system, stable operation, also proved that the design and implementation of system reliability, stability and high security.
