With the rapid development of mobile Internet, the number of wireless access terminals has increased continuously. Wireless access terminals put forward higher requirements for network service security, service quality and so on. Vector network is a new kind of communication network, which has the advantages of unlimited expansion, supporting QoS (Quality of Service), network operation and so on. Based on vector network communication advantages, through the wireless access point, this dissertation constructs a more reasonable network. The wireless access point implements the functions of access authentication for wireless access terminals and data traffic statistics. This not only can further improve the performance of the network, but also can further promote the service experience of wireless access terminal users.Vector network access device network program is based on AC (Access Controller) +FIT AP (Access Point) to achieve local forwarding. This networking mode can help the network data forwarding task be distributed to the AP. It can reduce the pressure of AC, completely solve the problem of AC bottleneck, improve the overall network throughput rate. AC can realizes the centralized control and management of AP, reduces the vector network control surface and the data surface coupling, realizes the control logic centralized management, and saves the network cost.The work has done in this dissertation:Firstly, with the aid of embedded development platform OpenWRT, we build custom software modules, dynamically load the software modules to achieve the support of vector network network transmission protocol for AP. Secondly, through the installation of open source software package hostapd, setting up Radius authentication server, AP achieves 802.1X access authentication for wireless access terminal.Thirdly, with the help of Netfilter framework, we build custom software modules of flow capture and traffic statistics to achieve the statistical function for network traffic at the hook point of network protocol stack. Fourthly, through the NetLink communication mechanism, we set up the kernel state and the user communication module. We successfully get the kernel state flow statistics under the user state.Through the above work, we realize the function of access authentication and traffic statistics for AP. It contributes to the commercial popularity of vector network in wireless terminal services and helps to improve the QoS function of vector network.
