The Design And Application Of Video Conference System For Changqing Oilfield Company

Video conference through the network, participants parties can carry out the virtual remote visual interaction. Effectively complete the work tasks of the discussion, co-ordination, summary, etc. And various regions organization department only need to be responsible for the relevant network and server management tasks, the workload and difficulty are greatly reduced. This paper discusses Changqing Oilfield Group with its oil dedicated network design and deployment and application of HD video conferencing system, mainly studies how based on oil enterprise network, IP network,3G mobile network, across different segments of Changqing Oilfield Company headquarters and subordinate 32 oil field,16 gas recovery plant, construction department and other secondary units between video conference establishment and data exchange. So as to realize the unified command and coordination of production process, at the same time, save the cost of the conference, and promote the automation office process, realize the effective sharing of resources within the enterprise.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) To meet Changqing Oilfield Group video conferencing needs, finished selection of video conferencing equipment, reduced the investment risk.(2)Specially designed a set of video conference system, adjusted and optimized the network configuration of Changqing oilfield.(3) In power supply, video, lighting, sound, the venue layout, decoration of Changqing Oilfield conference room proposed standard construction, reduces the influence of conference room and other environmental factors in audio and video effect, makes the whole system capable of showing the best audio and video interaction effect.
