With the explosion of wireless data traffics, effective access in dense traffic areas CDMA network is no longeravailable. Therefore,a CDMA+WLAN hybrid network is applied to meet the needs of business users, and can avoid the mass of CDMA base station construction investment, under the existing conditions to improve the rate of return on investment is one of the effective ways.In view of the above problems, this theisis studies and proposes a precise configuration optimization algorithm based on wireless broadband coverage, and is used in the construction of CDMA+ WLAN hybrid network to achieve the business of cooperative diversion. The main research contents include the new network construction investment optimization algorithm and wireless network dynamic adjustment algorithm, and based on this, the wireless network optimization platform and user data analysis platform integrated with wireless broadband coverage accurate configuration output platform, so that the platform intelligent management system based on wireless network covering environmental change, objective requirements, user needs and other conditions, automatically collect the CDMA base station, the WLAN access point information, and the corresponding logic analysis, combing, mining, judgment, and thus provide network construction decision data.Jiujiang Telecom has been adopted in 2015 wireless broadband network coverage accurate configuration method of CDMA+WLAN dual band antenna over 49 wireless traffic hotspots, on-site testing EC/IO, RX and SINR and other indicators have improved, the number of users in the region increased by 1.56 times in 2014, the single user rate is still 2.65 times, data service users million people from 0.15% in 2014 fell to 0.01%, user awareness increased significantly.
