Shanghai Deep-Ultraviolet Free Electron Laser (SDUV-FEL) test facility is an experimental device to test the new concept and principle for multiple kinds of free electron laser. Power supply control system is an important part for this facility, as it handles the control of moving track of electron beam in precise and effective control of magnetic power supply. This paper researches and develops a power supply control system for the SDUV-FEL experimental facility.With the mode of a network structure of power supply control, this paper developed the control system for power supply, including the IOC controller based on RTEMS system and IOC controller based on embedded Linux system, EPICS real-time database and human-computer interaction interface. This system is built on several open source softwares and tools, uses the software of universal equipment interface to support many kinds of communication bus, and utilizes a script language and a real-time database. These make this system with several characters, such as easy-built, open-ended and convenient maintenance, etc. In addition, the construction mode of the system can be used to build other equipment control system in the experimental facility.Currently this control system has been already used in the SDUV-FEL experimental facility, the operating result shows the high stability and reliability of this system.
