With the rapid development of aging, the number of the elderly population is increasing rapidly, and the demand for health care equipment is increasing;They are unable to achieve self care because of their physiological function or functional loss, which brings great pressure and difficulty to the family. And for a long time the bedridden patients who can not handle their own feces and urine choose to use urinals, bedpans, diaper, diapers and other care products. However, these products exist disadvantages of differential privacy, serious environmental pollution, poor sterilization, easy bedding defiled, the intensity of nursing large, for caregivers and care recipients, and bring great distress. So it is urgent to develop a health care robot which can reduce the burden of nursing.This paper studies and realizes a kind of personal intelligent nursing robot, which is used to deal with the human defecation, and to minimize the workload of nursing staff. The product can be used in hospitals, nursing homes and families, for patients, elderly people, people with disabilities to complete the personal health care work, with a high research and development and practical value.Firstly, according to the market demand and the development of the status quo, we should confirm the core concept of the product, and define the product of the working mechanism.Secondly, according to the definition and the core concept, we will plan the function of the product as well as the structure, design the overall plan. According to the overall plan, we should establish the structure of each functional plate and confirm the implementation of the circuit. The whole nursing machine is composed of the main engine, the working head and the remote control connection hose, the core module is the main engine and the working head. The main parts of the main components are the main control circuit board, clean water and sewage bucket, vacuum device, heating device, water disinfection, water pump, deodorant, switching power supply, various sensors, touch screen and voice alarm system; The working head is mainly the main body of the container, reflux valve, circuit board, water diversion valve, air heater, a fan, a nozzle and a size sensor.In the end, we will complete and implement the design, and focus on the problem of solving the problem of the main body of the nursing machine.
