| Intelligent greenhouse has broken through the traditional crops by region, the natural environment, climate and many other factors as new planting technology. It is great significance to the agricultural production in china. And the Control System for Intelligent Greenhouse is the key to implement the production automation and high efficiency.The paper designed a new type of Control System for Intelligent Greenhouse,this system combines sensor technology for the low level of greenhouse intelligent and inefficient control method of the situation. This system mix communication technology, neural network and automatic control technology together. It detect and delivery environmental parameters reliably and automatically by using sensor technology and communication technology, and using the neural network PID algorithm to optimize the data for realizes the automatic control to the greenhouse system efficiently and accurately.The system hardware mainly consists of MCU, LCD display, keyboard detection, photoelectric isolation, RTC, wireless communication, USB flash disk and SD card storage, serial communication, CAN bus communication, digital and analog sensor interface hardware circuit. The design of software includes the CAN communication protocol, CC1100 wireless communication protocol, digital and analog sensor operation, LCD and keyboard integrated interface content.Finally this paper has carried on the simulation and study of the neural network PID algorithm that provides direction and the basis for improvement and application of the system in the further.The main works for the paper as bellow :(1) The multi-sensor fusion technology for environmental parameters is used on intelligent detection and this paper introduces the industrial field bus data transmission.(2) Control system uses multi-level module combined debugging, hierarchical control logic system, to overcome the existing control system has the advantages ofsimple structure, logic confusion deficiencies.(3) The paper puts forward a PID control strategy based on neural network,which solves the problem of strong coupling and strong greenhouse inherent hysteresis and it is difficult to establish mathematics model, the control of greenhouse environment suitable for multi-factor, multi-parameter, and realize intelligence greenhouse control. |
