With cloud computing applied more and more widely, the growing user demand must be deal with. No matter how rich resources that a single cloud service provider can provide, the resources gradually appear insufficient. Therefore, the concept of cloud networking is proposed. Combining cloud computing and virtual network, cloud networking connects the cloud service providers through the virtual network in cloud environment. The aim of cloud networking is multiple cloud service providers collaboratively provide resources for user by connecting the virtual resources. An optimal path meeting the various requirements needs to be found in the cloud networking environment. This paper presents the mechanism for task allocation and service routing in cloud networking.Based on the system architecture of cloud networking, this paper presents mechanism for service routing. The mechanism for task allocation is the auxiliary mechanism. In the part of service routing model: Firstly, roles and their meaning are introduced in the system architecture of cloud networking; Secondly, evaluation indexes of cloud service are proposed to measure the cloud service quality; Thirdly, Reputation Repository(RR) is designed, which is maintained and managed by the trusted third party. Any registered cloud users or the cloud service providers can access to the database and extract reputation information. Based on logistics service supply chain, stochastic demand method of probability theory and mathematical statistics is introduced to the mechanism for task allocation. It can determine the user’s demand for resources objectively. Water cycle algorithm is used to solve multi-objective task allocation problem with considering the user cost, satisfaction degree of user, satisfaction degree of provider and profit margin of provider comprehensively. Based on the message format and the table structure in the service routing mechanism of cloud networking. The mechanism of unicast service routing is based on shrapnel behavior of mine blast algorithm, incentive mechanism and service flap dampening algorithm. An optimal path can be found with considering cloud service reputation, user cost, load factor, service stability and so on comprehensively. In order to achieve synchronization among data of cloud service providers and provide cloud service transparently, the mechanism of multicast service routing is proposed, which is based on shrapnel behavior of mine blast algorithm, information sharing strategy, incentive mechanism, service flap dampening algorithm and least-cost shortest path tree algorithm. It considers the shortest path minimum cost of spanning tree and establishes the least-cost shortest path tree(LCSPT) for data synchronization request. The proposed mechanism for task allocation and service routing in cloud networking are implemented in prototype systems and compared with benchmark on several performance indexes. The experimental results show that the proposed mechanism in this paper is feasible and effective.
