It is the necessity for our hospital to achieve informational management, which can improve the operation system efficiently a nd increase the medical level. The application of information-management system, that is to manage the total detailed information in the hospital scientifically, can reduce the time of waiting for present patients and the potential patients and in this way the doctors’ working efficiency can also be improved.I m plementation and enforcement of the system can guarantee the accuracy of the medical information, can be convenient for hospital in the financial accounting management, can be of various medical department management function, can manage drugs Invoicing, the implementation of the system improves the pacification of the level of hospital management and hospital staff working enthusiasm and service level. In addition, the operation of the system can provide more services to our patients, reduce medical expenses, and effectively reduce the operating costs of h ospitals. Pingding County hospital management information system is composed of multi module system, system development is in a PB development environment, in the system using the database of SQL Sever 2005. In this paper mainly from the following three aspects were described。First of all, through to pacify the hospital integrated business research. Combining with the present domestic hospital development status and system layout, and gives the system hardware and software construction demand. According to the pacification of t he hospital information system, the overall demand analysis, established the pacification of the whole hospital hospital information system architecture. Preliminary construction of t he overall framework of th e pacification of the hospital management information system.Secondly, in Pingding County Hospital Management of the actual situation, in this paper by analysis of Pingding County hospital overall business relationships and processes, obtaining cases and roles of the hospital, to model the entire information management system, in this paper the UML as a modeling language. In this paper, the use case driven development process, the functional framework and structure of each module were designed, and the corresponding pharmacy store database model was established.Finally, in this paper, the system of out patient management module, clinical management module and pharmacy store management module is introduced in detail in this paper. In the outpatient management are intro duced in detail outpatient management, registration, charge settlement module; in clinical management module are introduced in detail management workstation for clinicians and hospital management module; drug storehouse management database design are introduced in detail.The system has provided a simple, rapid and safe working platform for the hospital after the professional tests, reduced the leakage mistakes in medical charges, shortened the treatment time and improved the quality of medical service. The construction of the system has improved the overall efficiency of the hospital, and has made the hospital management close to more scientific and optimized.
